Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order. This allows time for your order to reach us by mail, time for processing and packing, plus the number of working days required for delivery to you (transit time). During our busy months (April-June & August-September) please allow 3-6 weeks for your order to be processed. We will ship your order as soon as possible in the order we receive payment.

Standard shipping: UPS Ground and Priority Mail. Orders will be shipped best way at our discretion.

Order shipped MEDIA MAIL with item(s) on back order will be held until all items are available for shipping.

It is not always possible to keep all titles in stock. With the exception of republication orders and publishers out-of-stock, refunds will be issued at your request if we cannot ship within 6 weeks.

Normally it takes approximately 7-10 business days for us to receive an item from the publisher if we currently do not have the item(s) in stock. We will immediately ship your back ordered item(s) as soon as possible.

Due to our low prices and to be able to maintain our prices we accept NO RETURNS.

Any items returned back to us will be kept and no credit issued back to you. If you want the item(s) shipped back, you, will have to pay for shipping again.

If your item(s) is/are damaged in shipping, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please notify us immediately and obtain a return authorization code, any damage claims must be made with the shipping company quickly for the claim to be authorized. Corrections need to be made within 10 days after you have received the item(s) and we will gladly replace the item(s) and reimburse you for the return postage.

Computer Software, Videos, CDs and Cassettes may only be returned if damaged or defective for replacement of the same item. Credit cannot be issued toward other items.
